AUSTIN -- Free mulch from recycled Christmas trees is available at Zilker Park. The Austin Parks and Recreation Department and Austin Resource Recovery Department say the mulch is available on a first-come, first-served basis starting Tuesday at 2 p.m. You can pick up mulch in the polo field of Zilker Park until it is all gone. Actual real-estate tax bill can be paid online The town of Andover has mailed the actual tax bills for fiscal year 2012, which started July 1, 2011 and ends June 30, 2012. Third quarter payment is due Wednesday, Feb. 1. Taxes unpaid after that date are subject to interest charges of 14 percent.
